I have been licensed since 1978 and have had the privilege of working with, or training some of the best agents in Washington.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I hold the following designations:  ABR, CNE, CRB & CRS & GRI.   I’m the Broker-Manager at Crescent Realty in Spanaway Washington.  I am a committee member on the Legislative Steering Committee for the Washington Association of Realtors.

Teaching new agents how to succeed in this business gives me a real thrill!  There’s nothing better then to have one of my agents close a difficult deal and live to tell about it.

I have 2 sons, one of which sells real estate with me.  I also have 3 grandchildren ages, 3, 7 & 13. 

 Besides taking our motor home on trips, my wife Sue and I enjoy Harley rides whenever possible and taking our “53 pick up for cruises.
